    Description

    Ultimate Soldier-Ki-61-I Hein “Tony” or “Flying Swallow”
    No. 600/607, Vintage year - 2008, Scale - 1:48

    Markings - Dark green with yellow with red circle and white stripe on rear fuselage and red with white stripes on tail. Brown nose and red design on tail with horizontal yellow stripes on edge of wing.
    Model - the Hein was the only fighter with a liquid-cooled in-line V engine. Nicknamed “Tony” as it looked like an Italian aircraft. Made and used after the Doolittle Raid in 1942. It could match the P-40 in speed and dive velocity and made Gen. Kenney request more P-38s.
    Condition - New with minor shelf wear on box. Box still taped and contents tied.
