Each Package contains:
TWO  131-2766-0X  Circuit Board Test Points Outer Shells
and TWO  136-0352-0X  Inner Connectors
Specifically Designed for use with P613X and P6230 Subminiature Tip Probes, as per 1989 Tektronix Catalogue, though the enclosed text refers only to "P6130 Family."
"This ECB to Probe Tip Adapter provides a low inductance test point and can be incorporated into future circuit designs."
You may notice several other possible discrepancies:

may refer to these
